- Customers must please adhere to their time slots booked at allocated venue. Overtime rates will be charged for exceeding booking time slot @R400.00 per 30mins. This is to protect other booked parties.
- Your party will ONLY be permitted at your allocated venue.
- Full payment is required to secure your booking at Venues 1,2 & UNDER THE TREES.
- ONLY refundable if not able to reschedule / booking is cancelled 1 week prior.
- Proof of payment must be sent to management at
info@graceland-equestrian.co.za REFERENCE: NAME & DATE- Custom Cakes (Vanilla, Chocolate, Carrot) are also available on request from our restaurant.
- Due to the safety of our horses, no external entertainers (clowns, face painters, party planners, photographer) will be permitted on our premises without consent. PLEASE arrange accordingly with management.
- Please note that any reckless or misuse of Graceland property that results in damage or breakage will be charge accordingly.
- Please leave the venue in a satisfactory manner. Refuse bags and bins will be provided. Additional cleaning will be charged for.
- No corkage fee.
- No food or drinks allowed.
- No music is allowed.
- No pets/animals allowed.
- No pony rides are available on show day events.
- No playground equipment will be available during show day events.
- No balloons of any kind.
- No confetti, No pinatas, No banners.
- No flags or hanging decorations for under the tree area.
- No backdrops/large boards.
- No streamers, No face paint, No clay.
